Can I use my points at any Canalta property?

Yes, Canalta Rewards points can be redeemed for free stays at any Canalta owned and operated hotel, including Canalta Hotels, Ramada, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, and Best Western. However, you can only earn Canalta Rewards points at Canalta Hotels.

How many points can I earn when I stay?

Members earn 500 points in Preferred Guest Tier, 575 in High Roller Tier & 625 in Titan Tier for every $25 spent (before tax) during your stay. For example, if you spend $130, you will earn 2,500 points in Preferred Guest, 2875 in High Roller & 3,125 in Titan.

Is there a limit to how many rooms I can earn points on?

You can only earn points on your account for up to threerooms per night. For example, if you have four rooms booked under your account, you can only earn points on three of those rooms. If there are multiple people in your party, you can sign them up for a Canalta Rewards memberships, and they earn points for the fourth room.

Do points expire?

No, Canalta Rewards points do not expire. However, if your account is inactive for two years, your account will automatically be deactivated. You can keep your accountactive by logging in to your account, staying at a Canalta Hotel, or redeeming for a reward. You can reactivate your account at any time by contacting our Canalta Rewards support team or speaking with a Guest Service Agent, and your points balance will remain the same.

Do my Free Night Stays expire?

No, Free Night Stays will not expire. You can use them whenever you would like.

Can I transfer my points to another member?

We no longer offer the option of transferring points to another member. However, our Canalta Rewards Support Team would be more than happy to consolidate multiple accounts if you have more than one.

How long will it take me to earn a Free Night Stay?

On average, Canalta Rewards members will earn a free night in a standard room after ten night stays with us.

Can I get a membership card?

In an effort to be more environmentally conscious we do not offer physical membership cards. However, you can sign in to your account through canaltahotels.com/rewards from any browser. The site is mobile friendly.

What if I don’t have enough points for a free stay?

If your points total isn’t enough for a free night stay, youcan purchase the outstanding points. Buying points is only available for accommodation (not for gift cards or any other item). Just sign into canaltahotels.com/rewards, apply your points to a “Free Night Stay”, then pay the remaining balance with a valid credit card.

How do I book a Free Night Stay?

Once you have redeemed reward points for a free stay, the credit will be automatically applied to your account. Simply call your preferred hotel at least 48 hours prior to check in and provide our team with your Canalta Rewards email address in order to use your credit.

What is the unique identifier for Canalta Rewards?

Canalta Rewards does not use membership numbers, but is built with the email address as the unique identifier for the program.
