The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the property including delivering legendary guest experiences by creating “I-can’t-believe-they-did-that” moments, providing “the best place to work” for our team members and to manage their property in accordance to Canalta’s values, policies and procedures. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing financial performance, customer satisfaction and team member experience.

  • Five years' experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Two years of management and leadership experience
  • Two years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365
  • Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays
